Hahaha! My "multi-racial" family (on my mother's side aka "Hokkien" pengs) celebrating what i remember as the most memorable CNY reunion dinner... watching SOCCER! Malay, Eurasian, and Chinese all on one couch. Only missing

aneh. So i guess that settles it. hahaha how cool is that right? I guess it's good that my mum wasn't there too cos she's liable to dictate what goes on the tv (even though it's not her house). Empress Dowager now and forever lah she ahhahaa.
Mum woke me up today at 10am when i intended to sleep in, and she said "it's late morning! Time to wake up, not sleep!" So just now i woke her up when she was 10 minutes into her afternoon nap. Never heard so much expletives uttered in one breath in my life! Also something about
ungrateful.. brought u up feed u clothe u... cut u off the will.... mumblemumble. I just love being a bastard son.

Receiving term papers tomorrow. Their suffering is over, mine has just begun. 200 + scripts! They had better be readable
at least. Lord (or the equivalent of a benevolent omnipresent omnipotent being of equal respectability), grant me strength to not vomit blood.

Yup that's how i feel after mass sometimes. You know how people ramble on ideas but make no sense at all? One of the priests in my parish gives sermons like this.
Buay tahan lah! I tell you, the licence to preach should renewable, like my CPR licence. Every one year have to retake the test. Fail, then don't preach. And we should have external examiners. So it won't be like army where they just give you a "sample" paper to do before your written test... and it's always the same "sample" paper for your actual test. Cute.

I'm feeling hungry again but food and company is many miles away. A whole three floors down. BAH. *sigh* last night i stoned in the office from 530pm to almost 11pm and I didn't even realise it. Feel mentally constipated in between finishin up that bloody last chapter and replying students emails and proofreading their survey questionaires for them. Yup, being too helpful is in fact not very helpful for me.
Had an early Valentine's from my tau pok last night. Thank you... it was really sweet of you. When O when will i get paid and I can eat like a glut again??

Had to take over the first of 3 of Alexius Pereira's classes this week. 10 freakin AM. Woke up damn early the morning before, AGAIN and AGAIN. You know the type. Open your eyes, look at the clock. 440am. then 452am. then 515, 546, 601, 611, 639, 654. KNN! I zonked to class and rambled on and on. Poor buggers. I think they were really wishing Pereira would come back. Too bad, stuck with me for the rest of the semester. BLEAH!!!! Luckily a couple of the dudes were sharp enough to stop me and say can you please explain that again cos it's a bit complex. Thank you. thankyouthankyouthankyou for making my life easier.
Tried my hardest to finish another Chapter. I just couldn't do it. The repetitive waking just took it all out of me. Wonder how i'm going to recover... tomorrow morning again 10Am class. And the day after. nah beh
lah. I feel like student again. Only student last time can stone. BAH.
